A 37-year-old man is charged with raping a 10-year-old girl who gave birth last month in Idaho.

“St. Anthony Police said they were notified of the young girl’s pregnancy by medical personnel after she went in for treatment at a doctor’s office,” KIFI-TV reports on its website.

One day later, the ABC affiliate says the young mother delivered a 6-pound girl at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, Idaho.

KIDK-TV says Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, a suspected illegal immigrant, is being held at the Fremont County Jail. He’s due in court next week to face rape charges.

“I wouldn’t have believed a 10-year-old could conceive in the first place,” Fremont County Sheriff Ralph Davis tells the Associated Press.

Come on people!!! When are we going to get serious about this criminal illegal alien epidemic???? Yes, this could have been ANYBODY who committed this crime, but the story remains the same: it was committed by a criminal illegal alien who is here in the United States ILLEGALLY! Would this crime not have happened had Guadalupe not been in the country? Can’t say for sure. But is it 100% positive that Guadalupe wouldn’t have had a 10-year-old American child to victimize had he not been allowed to remain in this country illegally? You damn straight!

America, you better wake up. This is indeed an epidemic, and in perhaps even less than a decade, we will see this country changed beyond repair. My friends you have been warned, and the grass roots who stood up during the first McCain-Kennedy bill had better be ready to go at it again - and give 250% of yourselves!

MAN, we need more like him on all courts I can think of! Yes, it’s another local story, but it’s worth checking out. Fulton County, GA Supreme Court Judge, Craig Schwall was presiding over a trial of a man named Gerrick Jackson, who was convicted of molesting his girlfriend’s children while they were together. So egregous were the acts that Jackson got two consecutive life sentences plus 20 years! Jackson digitally penetrated his girlfriend’s 8-year-old, and anally sodomized her 16-year-old who is mentally retarded. What makes it even worse is that the girlfriend’s former boyfriend in 2003 also molested her two children. That’s when the judge lost it.

According to WSB-TV:

A Fulton County judge sentenced 34-year-old Gerrick Jackson to life in prison for molesting two children. But the judge saved his harshest words for the victims’ mother.

This is the kind of guy I want on all criminal benches, and I hope Bill O’Reilly finds out about this judge. This is true justice, and even though the mother of the kids doesn’t get “punishment” per se, the judge let her know how atrocious a person she is. And even more unbelievable, as of this writing, DFACS (Dept. of Family and Childrens’ Services) still has not removed these kids from this stupid bitch. WSB’s reporters will follow up on this, and so will I.

SEATTLE — A Web site created by a pedophile is a virtual “how-to” manual, complete with the best places in western Washington state to see little girls, and tips on how to avoid getting caught by the police.

The site, titled “Seattle-Tacoma-Everett Girl Love,” has been around for a few years. The police know all about it, yet they say they can’t shut it down because the site is legal.

“As disturbing and offensive as we find this, there’s no evidence of a crime, or even suspicion of illegal activity,” said Rebecca Hover of the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Department.

The man who runs it, 45-year-old Jack McClellan, has never been convicted of a sex crime, which means he can attend any family-friendly events where children are present, and take all the pictures he wants for his Web site. He also lives close to a school bus stop.

McClellan says his purpose is to promote association, friendship and legal, consensual hugging and cuddling between men and pre-pubescent girls. He admitted to FOX News that his “age of attraction” is between 3 and 11 years old.

“I guess the main thing is I just think they’re cute, a lot cuter than women. I admit there is kind of an erotic arousal there,” McClellan said.

McClellan wants to bring pedophiles out of the closet and give them a way to get some relief, by going out and being around little girls. He suggests a number of places, such as plays at elementary schools, parks, swimming pools and libraries.

“I really think a lot of this pedophilia hysteria is overblown. I think there are a lot of people like me. They have the attraction but they’re not going to do anything physical because of the laws. It just makes me happy to attend these events.”

Are you freakin’ kidding me? I sure as hell hope someone like John Walsh or Bill O’Reilly stay on this man’s ASS! Gibby talks to Judge Napolitano about this freak. In his live press conference today, Bush told the Democrats in no uncertain terms; if they want a fight, they’ve got one. Damnit, where has this GW been? I think a lot of the rest of the RINOs who have abandoned him and our party need to watch this presser several times over and remember what it was like way back then when they all had some balls!

“If the Democrats truly do want to move forward and find the right information, they ought to accept what I proposed,” Bush said. “If scoring political points is the desire, then the rejection of this reasonable proposal will really be evident for the American people to see.”

Bush said he would aggressively fight in court any attempt to subpoena White House aides.

Bush is standing by Alberto Gonzalez, and with good reason. Gonzalez did nothing wrong. And if the dems want have “show trials,” as GW said, he will not put up with them. When asked by a reporterette whether or not Gonzalez would still have support after the hearings, Bush adamantly declared “he’s got support from me!” WOOHOO! GO GW, GO!

After a little over an hour of deliberation, the majority of the jury (10-2) came back with their recommendation for the judge in the case of the vicious sexual assault and brutal murder of Jessica Lunsford by John Couey: Death.

The judge is supposed to make his decision in a couple of weeks, but rarely has a judge ever gone against the majority decision of a jury. May this piece of shit rot in hell. I refuse to show his pic here; rather an image of the mourning father next to his beautiful little girl who was taken too early by a monster.

FL Congressman, Mark Foley, being the chair of the caucus on Missing and Exploited Children. Republican or Democrat, I don’t give a damn. Child sexploitation is something that totally repulses me, and anybody who does this should be put under the jail! Everybody’s all over this one, and like others I say “good riddance.” What a scumbag.

According to Ross’ blog:

Florida Rep. Mark Foley’s resignation came just hours after ABC News questioned the congressman about a series of sexually explicit instant messages involving congressional pages, high school students who are under 18 years of age.

In Congress, Rep. Foley (R-FL) was part of the Republican leadership and the chairman of the House caucus on missing and exploited children.

He crusaded for tough laws against those who used the Internet for sexual exploitation of children.

“They’re sick people; they need mental health counseling,” Foley said.

But, according to several former congressional pages, the congressman used the Internet to engage in sexually explicit exchanges.

They say he used the screen name Maf54 on these messages provided to ABC News.

Here’s just a brief portion of the IM record:

Unbelievable. I was bored today, so I watched other stuff besides my normal fare. Is it any wonder people like Tucker Carlson have to have their MSNBC show run two times in a single day’s primetime (4PM EST, 6PM EST)? If you can believe this, today Tucker was questioning the Utah Attorney General, Mark Shurtleff, about why polygamist and pedophile, Warren Jeffs, was on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted list! Shurtleff repeatedly reminds Tucker that Jeffs has felony charge warrants against him, but Tucker wants to know why the FBI is taking up alleged valuable space on the 10 Most Wanted list with a harmless, clean-cut polygamist like Jeffs.

According to Fox News:

Warren Steed Jeffs, 50, was arrested without incident just outside Las Vegas late Monday after more than a year on the run, the FBI said. No weapons were found, but the 2007 red Cadillac Escalade he was riding in was filled with items including three wigs, 15 cell phones and tens of thousands of dollars in cash and gift cards, authorities said.

Jeffs has led the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since 2002 and is said to have at least 40 wives and nearly 60 children. Church dissidents say that underage marriages — some involving girls as young as 13 — escalated into the hundreds under his leadership, and that he broke apart families by casting out married men and reassigning their women and children to others.

Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard told KTAR-AM of Phoenix that Jeffs’ arrest marks “the beginning of the end of … the tyrannical rule of a small group of people over the practically 10,000 followers of the FLDS sect.” He predicted it will lead more people to come forward with allegations of sexual abuse.

And I hope the judge who presides over his bail hearing reads this part:

Items inside the vehicle included $54,000 (euro 42,160) in cash, gift cards totaling $10,000 (euro7,800), the cell phones and wigs, four laptop computers, a GPS device, a police scanner, and numerous unopened envelopes that were thought to contain more cash, Lewis said.

Jeffs was being held Tuesday in Clark County jail, awaiting a court hearing on a federal charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

The two people traveling with him, wife Naomi Jeffs and a brother, Isaac Steed Jeffs, both 32, were released and will not be charged, FBI agent Steven Martinez said.

Jeffs is wanted in Utah and Arizona on charges of arranging two marriages between underage girls and older men. The charges include two counts of rape as an accomplice in Utah, with each count punishable by up to life in prison.

He had been on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list since May, with a $100,000 (euro 78,000) reward offered for information leading to his capture.

People this is one of the things that is wrong with America. Men arranging marriages between 13-year-old girls and adult men? Having children just so you can give them to someone when they get “old enough?” This man is a very evil man, and for the life of me, I cannot figure out why Tucker believes he has the criminal justice acumen to even judge whether or not he should be on the 10 Most Wanted List, much less try to infer the FBI had put Jeffs in the same moral equivalence status as Usama bin Laden. Like I said; unbelievable.

Tucker keeps saying he’s a Conservative, but it’s segments like this that make me a) wonder how he can claim that, and b) puzzle over where he gets his definition of morals, or the basics of what’s right or wrong. Shurtleff finally winds up saying out of exasperation “Of all the people that have been interested in this, you are the ONLY one who thinks that, you know, who questions law enforcement in doing what they are (sic).”

Like Shurtleff, I’d like to know where Tucker gets the temerity to pontificate judiciously on Jeffs’ history. I’d also like to know where Tucker got his Juris Doctorate. I have a money order ready and waiting to be mailed immediatledly for mine!

Serioualy though, folks, I’m not joking. I would transcribe this, but it’s just too insane to believe what Tucker says. A brief quote from his MSNBC site:

Aug. 30: To hear the government tell it, the capture of Warren Jeffs is a major victory. Jeffs was on the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted” list, along with Osama bin Laden, and Whitey Bulger, who’s charged with eighteen counts of murder. Tucker asks Utah’s attorney general if the country is safer.

Like the Utah Atty. General says, ask Jeffs’ victims if they think he was “dangerous” or not. It will be interesting to see what they find on those laptops they took into evidence from the traffic stop. Perv!

I know, I know, I haven’t posted anything about John Mark Karr’s confession of raping and killing JonBenet Ramsey here. It’s not that I think he’s innocent, and it’s not that I don’t care about justice for JonBenet, but something about this jagoff just doesn’t square with me. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but this loser-in-life is just not telling the world the truth. Yes, he’s a freakish man-boy to look at; and yes, his history and criminal record are horrific, but something about this cretin just doesn’t set right with me. Not having been a part of the investigation, I can’t say for sure, but from what I’ve seen on TV (yes, I know that’s not really a qualifier), I am not convinced he is guilty of the things to which he’s “admitted” about JonBenet’s murder.

You see, there’s this little thing called “toxicology” involved here. He says he drugged her before he raped her, but from what I’ve heard and read, she had no drugs in her system. Call me crazy, but I’d call that a non-starter. This effeminate Ken-doll who probably does love little children, judging by his freakish appearance and his emails to the Rocky Mountain News reporter, claiming an understanding of Michael Jackson, doesn’t necessarily have a credible “I did it” for investigators. This is one of his emails to University of Colorado professor Michael Tracey:

My thoughts are the same as some of the forensic authorities here in the U.S. - he didn’t do it. I personally think he went to Bangkok to be a 2nd grade teacher and be around young children, but when he got caught doing whatever the Thai authorities deemed to be illegal there, I think he got weary of the third-world-country penal system and moreso desired to be put in the U.S. prisons for three hots and a cot. But then again, that’s just me.

Yes, he may have been in Thailand for a bountiful herd of victims to poach, yet eventually the morality police will catch up to you (unless, of course, you are in Denmark or Aruba) and you get your ass put into a Thai production of “Midnight Express.” He wanted out of Thai prison and into America’s Gitmo for pedophiles. Well, due to the world-wide interest, he’s going to get his wish. Only time will tell if he truly is the one who killed JonBenet. But, I think that it will eventually come to pass that he is not the one. Don’t get me wrong… this guy is a freak and needs to be put away, but his admission of this crime is less than credible to the average lay-person.

My heart goes out to the Ramsey family. I’m sorry that Patsy passed without seeing justice for her daughter, but I am just not sure that we’ll ever truly know who killed JonBenet.
