San Francisco’s Sanctuary City policy has claimed the lives of three more innocent Americans. When willl we wake up to what criminal illegal aliens are doing to this country?

This criminal illegal alien, Edwin Ramos, was here illegally and is originally from El Salvador. He’s also reported to have been a member of one of the most lethal gangs in the world, MS13, or Mara Salvatrucha 13. From the SF Gate article:

The man charged with killing a father and two sons on a San Francisco street last month was one of the youths who benefited from the city’s long-standing practice of shielding illegal immigrant juveniles who committed felonies from possible deportation, The Chronicle has learned.

Edwin Ramos, now 21, is being held on three counts of murder in the June 22 deaths of Tony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16. They were shot near their home in the Excelsior district when Tony Bologna, driving home from a family picnic, briefly blocked the gunman’s car from completing a left turn down a narrow street, police say.

Ramos, a native of El Salvador whom prosecutors say is a member of a violent street gang, was found guilty of two felonies as a juvenile - a gang-related assault on a Muni passenger and the attempted robbery of a pregnant woman - according to authorities familiar with his background.

I have a preliminary suggestion: Moats full of alligators, death rays, electrified fences, pools of piranhas, you name it. And THAT’S just for Gavin Newsom’s house! This insanity has to stop. God bless Mrs. Bologna and know that our prayers are with you.

Just breaking, one of the most senior judges in England says Sharia law should be practiced in the U.K. WTF is he thinking? Here’s a piece from the article:

Lord Chief Justice Lord Phillips said that Islamic legal principles could be employed to deal with family and marital arguments and to regulate finance.

He declared: ‘It is possible in this country for those who are entering into a contractual agreement to agree that the agreement shall be governed by a law other than English law.’

In his speech in an East London mosque Lord Phillips signalled approval of sharia principles as a means of settling disputes so long as no punishments that conflict with the established law are involved, and as long as divorces are made to comply with the civil law.

Is he freakin’ kidding us? Creeping Sharia is already on its way, but now a top official in the high courts in Britain comes out with this excrement sandwich? The people of the U.K. should be completely outraged and call for his dismissal, or whatever means they use, from the court. What a sham. Here are some of the “delightful” points of Sharia Law and Muslims in the U.K.:

* Sharia law is based on the Koran, on associated teaching about the life of the Prophet Mohammed, and on the judgements of Islamic clerics and lawyers down the centuries.
* It is in essence a set of religious principles by which Muslims are required to live. Sharia is interpreted and enforced differently in different countries across the Islamic world.
* Islamic law is often regarded as having four parts: how Muslims should worship; commerce; crime and punishment; and marriage and divorce.
* Sharia says forbidden behaviour, like drinking alcohol and taking drugs, or adultery, should be punished. Islamic scholars say the Koran sets down punishments such as lashes or stoning for adultery.
* Sharia law also permits behaviour not allowed by English law, for example (sic) polygamy, which in some jurisdictions says men may have up to four wives.
* In Britain, sharia courts are often operated by mosques. Muslim families come to sharia courts for justice and agree to be bound by their rulings.
* They have no formal legal status.
* There are around 1.6 million British Muslims, most of whom are of Pakistani origin. The strongest Muslim communities are in London, especially in the East London borough of Tower Hamlets where Lord Phillips spoke yesterday, Birmingham, Yorkshire and Lancashire.
* Orthodox Jews operate Beth Din courts which are subordinate to the civil law and which decide issues among 180,000 people according to ancient Jewish law. They are regulated by the Chief Rabbi. A divorcing Jewish couple first divorce in the civil courts, then come to the Beth Din tribunals for religious judgement.
* The only religious courts in England with full and official legal status are the consistory courts and tribunals which decide disputes and disciplinary matters in the Church of England.

I’ve blogged about Canadian Ezra Levant before, as have many others, about his fight with the Alberta Human Rights Commission. You see, when Ezra worked for the Canadian publication, the Western Standard, Ezra decided it was his human right to publish the Danish Mohammed cartoons. Well, that wasn’t received well by one Syed Soharwardy, and so he filed a complaint with the AHRC.

Ezra had to go before the AHRC and plead his case, in which he practically BEGGED them to find against his favor so that this case could be heard by a legitimate court, and now his story is being told around the world. Tonight he was on Glenn Beck to talk about his story, It’s a must-watch for every freedom-loving infidel in the world. I previously wrote about Ezra Levant and his hearing with the Alberta (Canada) Human Rights Commission after offending a radical Muslim “scholar,” Syed Soharwardy, after he published the dastardly Danish Muslim cartoons in the magazine for which he used to work, the Western Standard.

In this clip, Ezra makes his closing argument after the 90-minute hearing, practically begging the Commission to refer his case to the higher authority for “punishment.” Oh what a wondrous spectacle that would be!

Well, I may be a couple days late and more than a dollar short, but here is the video of Barbara Walters being aghast at receiving a “Christian” Christmas card from President Bush and his family. The stunned host of The View displayed the card apparently hoping to elicit a complimentary response to her reaction. Did she get it?

“That’s from Nehemiah in the Old Testament. I don’t remember- and I’m sure people will remind me-getting a religious card. Now does this also go to agnostics and atheists and Muslims and -”

Moderator Whoopie Goldberg and co-host Sherri Shepherd tried to steer clear of controversy by joking that the Scriptures were about Walters, but Walters persisted in her critique, asking, “Don’t you think it’s a little interesting that the president of all the people is sending out a religious Christmas card?”

Oh, the HORRORS! Please, Barbara, save us from this absolute TRAGEDY of a U.S. President expressing his Christian wishes during this *gasp* “Christmas” holiday!

Today on Neal’s show, he said that after his listeners deluged the CAIR bear site and posted many requests, the owners of the site told Neal that they are going to start producing these bears. They will send Neal the first they make. Isn’t this fantastic? I’m buying the whole clan of bears! INFIDEL FOR LIFE!

Yes, in Oregon, a lot of their recruits are Spanish-speaking only, yet, Oregon law requires that the Fire Department bosses speak the language of their crew. Even if there’s only one in a crew of 20. And why not make the Spanish-speakers learn English? Good question. But this is just another example of the looney left taking control and putting our safety at risk. Fire Department superiors are now being demoted because they can’t speak Spanish to accommodate one Spanish-only firefighter. Un-freakin’ believable!

Allright, I’ll admit it already. Although I have it as one of my “must see TV” on my blog page, I very rarely post about it. That doesn’t mean, however, that I don’t care about Duane and Beth Chapman and their family. I love the show, The Bounty Hunter, and watch it every week. Duane Chapman is a self-confessed convict turned good. The way that he and Beth try to get these crooks to go straight every week is a testament to their faith in God, and I love to watch the show. Dog always starts out with high energy, a passion to catch the bad guys, but an even stronger passion to show them how what they’re doing is wrong, and that their lives are headed in the wrong direction. In other words, he gives folks a second and sometimes third chance.

The Chapmans have been under a lot of stress lately, as they’ve been pursued by the Mexican government. Our government hasn’t done them any favors either, it appears, as all indicators right now lead to the fact that our government will cooperate with the Mexican government to extradite Duane, Leland and Tim over their capture of Andrew Luster in Mexico. Why? Because the Mexican government considers what Dog has done as a kidnapping. WTF? Luster was an FBI’s most wanted fugitive for 86 counts of rape in the United States, and the Dog and crew did their job. They snatched him up, yet the Mexican government has charged the crew with “Deprivation of Liberty” for their capture of Luster. How in the hell can our government allow Mexico to extradite these men back?

It seems that Beth and Duane have been long-time friends with Greta Van Susteren, and they were on her show this past week to give her an update. They have a lot of important people backing them. That list includes Tom Tancredo, among others.

Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.) is questioning the legality of the ongoing extradition of bounty hunter and cable TV personality Duane “Dog” Chapman to Mexico. The lawmaker Wednesday contacted Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice about the case.
“News reports have come to light showing that the extradition agreement between the U.S. and Mexico may be nothing more than a wink and a nod between governments,” said Tancredo, who is running for president. “I hope that Secretary Rice looks into whether this agreement has the legal force before extraditing a man who put away a serial rapist.”

Mexican authorities arrested Chapman in June 2003 for capturing fugitive rape convict Andrew Luster in Puerto Vallarta. Bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico.

Chapman made his $1,300 bail, left Mexico, and has been fighting extradition ever since.

The ex-con-turned-bounty hunter, who is featured in a TV show on A&E, was arrested again last September in Hawaii and charged with deprivation of liberty for the capture of Luster.

Tancredo based his inquiry on the congressional testimony of Alan J. Kreczko, deputy legal adviser to then-Secretary of State James Baker, who said the U.S. and Mexico had “exchanged letters” approving the extradition of bounty hunters for trans-border captures.

The lawmaker also cites a 1992 Supreme Court decision in which former Chief Justice William Rehnquist writes that the U.S.-Mexico extradition treaty “says nothing about the obligations of the United States and Mexico to refrain from forcible abductions of people from the territory of the other nation, or the consequences under the treaty if such an abduction occurs.”

Others are also highlighting this, like the Freepers. I think this will be a serious miscarriage of justice if this is allowed to happen.
