Tonight on Bill O’Reilly, John Kerry was on to discuss the bailout bill that failed today. John Kerry had the BALLS to suggest that he had been calling for regulation of Fannie & Freddie since 2004! Where is John Kerry in this exchange? You have GOT to be kidding me! Approximately 20 million listeners heard Rush Limbaugh not just talk about it today, but he played clips from the very popular YouTube video of the hearings on Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac from 2004.
Gold Star Mother, Debra Bastian, who lost a son in 2005 in Iraq, came on Cavuto’s show today to ask for one gift for Christmas - and that is for the troops to snub Kerry when he goes to Iraq. She begs they please not be forced to pose with Kerry, not be cajoled into posing with Kerry, and reminds us about what happened when the same situation occurred when Hillary posed with the soldier, who made an undeniable signal with his crossed fingers under her view.
Keep Your Friends Close, Your Enemies Closer
I, for one, echo this mom’s sentiment. Please, troops… do NOT pose with Kerry!

This story comes about because of Kerry’s recent Mideast trip, and his visit with Syrian’s Bashar Asad, and plans to visit the weird beard of Iran, all the while bad-mouthing the Bush Administration. They all, including Sen. Ben Nelson FL(D), need to STFU! Your 15 minutes of fame have long been gone, but your 15 minutes of shame continues to roll onward.
A friend recently sent me this…. VERY powerful read.
From: Captain Norman R. Malmberg, USN(Ret)
To: Senator John Kerry
Subj: Your Speech Today…..Stuck in Iraq
You are not my Senator. I am not one of your constituents. Nor will I address you as Senator. My reason for writing you is that I am a retired Navy Captain of 30 years service, a graduate of ISU, Math ‘60, post-graduate work in six California colleges including one year of law school. I have studied hard, I have done my homework, I have become smart & I have done well both in the Navy and as a self-employed real estate broker.
AND I AM NOT STUCK IN IRAQ.
Botched joke or not, it was in extremely bad taste, degrading and very offensive to military personnel. Where do you place Senator John McCain? You do not joke about something like that regardless of your opinions of the Iraq War. And, if I were you, I would not slander those who criticize you by your off-color remarks that they know nothing of the military having never served. And I’d keep quiet about your Viet Nam tours. Having read “Unfit for Command,” I endorse the book based not only upon my personal judgment but also the endorsement of over 200 Swift Boat Veterans, including about 30 senior officers of which there are four flag officers.
Now, would these 200 lie about you beaching your boat disobeying operational orders, faking an injury, recommending yourself for awards, getting three purple hearts in three months, taking advantage of a policy to go home early, leaving your crew behind, only to then conspire with the enemy (i.e. a traitor), and gaining notoriety for yourself? This was a self-promotional stunt if I ever saw one. Is this a ploy also? I don’t care what awards you gained for yourself; you disgraced the uniform and oath of a Naval Officer, as well as the “special faith, trust and confidence” bestowed upon you by the President of the United States by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate.
And now you stand up with arrogance and pomp, and point your fingers at others. Just remember - four fingers are pointing back at you.
Where is your pride? You should be ashamed. A famous author I’ve since forgotten said, “You speak not but what you are.” I find it interesting that you are attacking the Republicans in the present tense, but never once defending yourself against “Unfit for Command.” Is it that “Silence is Consent?” It seems that you have convicted yourself and you are only digging a deeper hole. Well, go ahead and dig, buddy. When a hole gets deep enough, it eventually collapses in on itself. Don’t insult me by responding to this message.
Man oh man, I’m sure that so many of our veterans could have written this. I personally know of a few who would gladly pen this screed. No matter the author, the audience is undeniable. Are you reading this, Mr. sKerry?
According to John Kerry on Fox News Sunday, Americans “didn’t do their homework” to understand his “botched joke.” And he talks about the idea that America needs to fight to get back her moral authority? Excuse me? Do you think that America, under Bill Clinton, had moral authority? Are you kidding me? This country WAS an absolutely real joke around the world, when we had a sitting President who was having affairs while serving the most powerful nation in the world. That was a real joke.
Kerry sparred with Chris Wallace, and gave him so many non-answers my head was spinning. And then, Chris Wallace showed a letter that was sent to Sen. Kerry and others, from a mother who lost her son in Iraq. Chris told Kerry that to this day, that mother had never heard one word back from him or the others to whom she wrote, and he offered him the chance to respond. What did he say? He apologized… but. Yes, there was a “but” attached to that. So, again - a non-answer.
What the hell is wrong with this man? He also talked about what a truly historic election that
