I have been steaming about this all day, and finally have calmed down enough to post this. If you haven’t heard, 8 FL “teens” were arrested and charged for various crimes for what is obviously a total act of raw brutality.

(CBS/AP) Eight teenagers have been arrested after filming the beating of another teen and threatening to post the video on the Internet, sheriff’s officials said.

Victoria Lindsay was attacked on March 30 by six teenage girls when she arrived at a friend’s home, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said.

Two girls confronted Lindsay when she walked in, yelling and threatening her, an arrest report showed. Another girl struck her in the head several times and then slammed her head into the bedroom wall, knocking her unconscious.

When she woke up, she was on the couch in the living room surrounded by the six girls. The teens blocked the door, held Lindsay down and began beating her, the report said. Two teenage boys waited outside the home as lookouts.

“That is animalistic behavior. It’s pack mentality. They lured her there to beat her,” Sheriff Grady Judd said.

Portions of the video were released by the sheriff’s office and posted on CBS affiliate WTSP-TV.

“There was talk about apparently after the fact, apparently there’s other students that knew that they were going to post this just for the thrill of everyone to see it,” Lindsay’s mother, Talisa, told CBS News’ The Early Show. “Which is just outrageous.”

All eight were charged last week with battery and false imprisonment, which are third-degree felonies, the report said.

“When we had them in custody at the station, they were laughing about it, saying, ‘Well, I guess this spring break we won’t go to the beach,” Judd told The Early Show. “One of the suspects asked the detective, ‘Am I going to get to go to cheerleading practice tomorrow?”

“They showed absolutely no remorse at all,” Judd said.

The youngest was 14, the oldest were 18, but I say charge them all as adults, and lock them the hell up until the day they can show some humanity. They’re obviously a long way from that. Oh, wouldn’t it have been so fun if the victim’s friends could have shown up, unexpectedly, and beat the ever-loving shit out of these thugs? They all deserve what they get, and so do their parents, too! Oh, yes the parents… two of them have already appeared on TV claiming “but my child was innocent!” Bullshit, you stupid bitch parents… take responsibility for not raising your children right.

And to think…all of this was done for YouTube “fame.” Fucking thugs!

Last night was a very tragic night for everyone in law enforcement. DeKalb Co. (GA) PD officers Ricky Bryant, Jr. 26, and Eric Barker 33, were working an off-duty job at a high-crime apartment complex in the county. They were in their POVs, but they were in uniform. DKPD Chief Bolton is being mum about the investigation, but all accounts indicate both officers were ambushed and shot in the head.

“They had no chance,” quoting Chief Bolton. From Officer.com:

Patreka Anderson, a resident of the complex, said she was awakened by the gunshots but did not think anything of it because the neighborhood around the Glenwood Gardens apartment complex is a high-crime area with a lot of drug activity and prostitution.

“We always hear shooting,” she said. “I didn’t think that was any big deal.”

Teofil Taut, who said he has owned the 176-unit complex for about two years and lives in one of the buildings, said he hired police as part-time security officers in December to keep homeless people from breaking into the apartments.

Another resident, nurse’s assistant LaShawn Corbin, said she is considering moving, even if it means paying more for an apartment.

“We don’t expect the people who try to protect us to be hurt so seriously,” she said. Corbin said she would fear leaving her children there “because the person who did it has no conscience for human life.”

No conscience for a human life. Very well said. It takes hideously inhumane cowards to ambush cops to achieve whatever purposes they may have. I have no sympathy for these bastards, and I hope they want to go out “in a blaze of glory.” The glory will not go to you, you pussies. You deserve nothing but immediate death. You owe that to the two widows and eight children you’ve left fatherless. Punk-ass bitches. That’s what you are.

The earliest beliefs were that there were two suspects, but now there’s a possibility that there were up to 4. The reward as of this writing is at $55,000, but the Chief (and other LEOs) know that won’t help. Folks who live in projects like this very rarely “talk” about anything to which they might be a witness. But as Chief Bolton said, as he encouraged folks to come forward, stating that “today you are not my brother.” Chief knows who his brothers are, and they are the ones wearing blue.

Hey, Step… I know Ricky and Eric are already with you. Please give them the grand tour of heaven, and welcome them into the guard. Love you and miss you, brother, but you’ve got some more backup now when you need it. I miss you, Dennis Stepnowski… I really do, but I’m glad you’re there to be their welcoming committee at the gates of heaven.

This is a very brief video, but no surrounding story needs to be told. We all know the story of the execution style killings of the three young high school students in Newark, and that the alleged ring leader, Carranza, is a criminal illegal alien with a lengthy criminal past himself. But the cops on previous occasions, and apparently the courts, were not allowed to inquire about his legal status. Therein lies the problem. Mayor Cory Booker.

When all is said and done, any city that is in effect a sanctuary city should forfeit all federal monies forever until they drop their sanctuary policies. Illegal aliens stay in these cities because they know they can operate without fear. When this scumbag was convicted on 31 counts of raping a 4-year-old child, his dumbass should have never been given bail. And it’s no surprise today that reports say the reason there was a rush on trying to find everyone involved is that they were all planning to escape back to their home country, El Salvador, where they would definitely be safe from the U.S. Justice System. And there’s that messy little thing about them being members of M.S. 13, one of the single most dangerous gangs in the world.

I’ve never heard the phrase “not on my watch” used in a proclamation that declares you will not allow your officers to enforce the laws of this country, but Mayor Booker states it emphatically. And pathetically. And sadly. All peace officers, when they take their oath, pledge to uphold the laws of the city, county, state and our country. So how do these cities get away with that? I’ll never know.

Boy, oh boy, Geraldo REALLY jumped the shark again. Jeanine Pirro had to set him straight about when the courts come in to play; not the feds. And excuse me, but if Jose Carranza’s FIRST charge was for ‘assault and possession of a firearm,’ then why is his bail, after being charged with over 30 counts of sexual assault of a 5-year-old child, even considered? His criminal alien ass should have been identified and tossed out of the country on the FIRST charge. WTF is wrong with our criminal justice system?

My favorite part is when Geraldo names Michelle Malkin, and he immediately gets booed by a few audience members. He turns to look at them, almost in disbelief that anybody could disagree with him. Juliet then asks “who are you with? Geraldo or Michelle?” and one lady in the audience proudly proclaims “I’M WITH MICHELLE!” Good for her.

And you know what else? All the liberal bleeding hearts always say “one life is too many,” so this ‘it’s not about illegal immigration’ bullshit is just that: bullshit. If this criminal illegal alien wasn’t here in the first place, then these kids from Newark would be alive today.

And what the hell is wrong with Mike? He, too, thinks this shouldn’t be an issue about illegal immigration. Yeah, right. Keep drinkin’ the Geraldo Kool-aid, Mike. You’ll soon learn it’s very bitter and has a bad aftertaste.

You took them, with permission (who says Clinton could give him that permission?) from the National Archives in 2003, in order to prepare for your testimony on Bin Laden, the Sudan and Al Qaeda. So, where are they now? Did anybody else get to steal documents from the National Archives to prepare for their testimony? Oh, that’s right… you’re a democrap and you have a different set of rules.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Former national security adviser Sandy Berger removed classified documents from the National Archives in 2003 and hid them under a construction trailer, the Archives inspector general reported Wednesday.

Brachfeld reported that on one visit, Berger took a break to go outside without an escort.

“In total, during this visit, he removed four documents … .

“Mr. Berger said he placed the documents under a trailer in an accessible construction area outside Archives 1 (the main Archives building).”

Berger acknowledged that he later retrieved the documents from the construction area and returned with them to his office.

Berger, with the authorization of former President Clinton, was reviewing National Security Council documents on Osama bin Laden and al-Qaida, Sudan, and related presidential correspondence. The review was to facilitate Berger’s impending testimony before the House and Senate intelligence committees.

Okay, now can someone please answer the question for me why the CIA non-leak case is still going on, and nothing really significant ever happened to Sandy Burglar?

Wow! Is this ever some good-ol’ sparrin’ on Hannity & Colmes tonight. It’s sometimes boring when Sean’s gone, and Rich Lowry can also be somewhat less than assertive. But man, oh, man, somebody put some Red Bull in his coffee or something before the show!

Tonight one of the topics was the recent NYPD shooting of Sean Bell, and the protests that have been going on in the city against the NYPD. NYC Councilman Charles Barron was on, of course, to slam the cops in any way he can. Rich starts out asking him about the tens of thousands of murders that take place in NYC every year, and the proportion of which are black, and Rich wanted to know when Mr. Barron was going to start protesting THOSE crimes. Then all hell breaks loose.

Finally Alan breaks them up (which was very difficult to do), and Alan says something like ‘well, you know not all cops are bad,’ and Barron says he doesn’t know any cops! Golly gee whiz, if you’re going to sell them down the river wholesale, wouldn’t you find yourself a bit more credible if you knew at least some of them, and not just read the papers for the stories? Might be a good thing, as sometimes newspapers can be a bit inflammatory.

This turned out to be “race warlord” week on Hannity and Colmes. Lots of good stuff!

Tonight, Laura Ingraham was back in the no-spin seat (HALLELUJAH!) in Bill’s place, and the Talking Points memo tonight was about Rupert Murdoch pulling the OJ book and TV special. This was even too rich for O’Reilly, who had to call in for this segment to “opine.”

I think Laura shines as Bill’s fill-in, and I have a feeling the input from Fox viewers has been such that Bill O doesn’t like her sitting in for him. She’s brilliant! I am still of the mind-set that Laura needs her own Fox News TV show. I’m going to write them again.
