Can I Please Ask Everyone a Favor?

SHUT UP ABOUT MICHAEL JACKSON ALREADY, WILL YOU? We have Constitutional crises happening every day, and the freakin’ media can only talk about an aged, drug-addicted pedophile? Jebus Christ, people!!!! I swear to God that when I read somewhere today that the internet was generating more traffic for Michael Jackson’s death than that of the REAL tragedy of 9/11, I almost blew a gasket!

Not This Shit Again!

This is EXACTLY the Entertainment Tonight/American Idol mentality that elected the current Fascist-in-Chief last November. Trust me, folks, if you don’t think so, I am TELLING you there are MORE IMPORTANT THINGS going on right now than the death of a freak-show pop star!

9/11 was 8 years ago. The number of internet users in the world has more than tripled since Fall 2001.

I am definitely tired of the coverage MJ is getting though.

I admit that I was part of the hoopla for the first day or two. But I noticed recently that it is much. And I was about to agree with you. Then I also noticed how much of an idiot you are, and your point was lost. Grow the fuck up. If you rely on the media to provide anything of value, you're lost already anyway. If it wasn't for the media, you wouldn't "believe" the stories about Jackson in the first place. You didn't mind when they were providing the fodder for your banality, were ya?
  • Oh, STFU. I loved MJ as a teenager, but I got over my celebrity worship a
decade ago. I just got sick of the 24/7 coverage of his death as if he was
some sort of a demi-God. He was not. He was a mortal human being with
failures, and one of the reasons our country is in the shape it's in is
because people care MORE about idiots like this than they do what's
happening politically in our own country. MJ's death affected no changes to
this country; the continued sham of the Obama presidency has DEEPLY and
irretractably affected this country in ways we may never change.

Go back to playing with the Kos kids. And grow a pair while you're at it.

    You're the BEST!

Don't know if i can comment about Obama, cause i'm from England, but agree with you bout the Jackson thing, thought i was the only one here who was out of line.. thanks..
  • Absolutely spot on! Here we are on the cusp of financial ruin as a free people led by Obama and Co., and all we can think of is "poor Michael!" Smoke and mirrors at its finest! Will we wake up before it is too late (or is it too late already?) Keep swinging Msunderestimated! It ain't over til its over!"
  • THANK YOU! I thought I was being callous and losing my mind, but COME ON,
media! DO YOUR JOB!!!! (Especially YOU, Fox News!)

Maddow & Barney Frank Discuss Recent SCOTUS Decision (VIDEO)

January 26, 2010

This was from the Rachel Maddow show on the 24th.
Okay, okay… despite the obvious jokes about this pair that write themselves (including one that just popped in my head regarding the acronym SCOTUS), this was a most delusional segment from MSNBC about the Supreme Court ruling scaling back some of the restrictions of McCain-Feingold. [...]

Scott Brown’s Victory Speech in MA Tonight: “Me Against the Machine? No It Was ALL Of Us Against the Machine!” (VIDEOs)

January 20, 2010

Again, wow… just wow. The formerly-believed-to-be eternal seat for Dems was taken away tonight by the MA special election to fill Teddy “The Swimmer” Kennedy’s seat. Scott Brown won handily against lackluster candidate, Martha Coakley. Martha wasn’t helped by any stretch of the imagination, when she said Curt Schilling was a Yankee fan. This was [...]

Greta & Sarah Palin Discuss Scott Brown’s MA Win (VIDEO)

January 19, 2010

Wow.. just wow. Check out Gov. Sarah Palin’s take on Scott Brown’s win in MA tonight, defeating Martha Coakley for THE PEOPLES’ seat (not the “Kennedy” seat)!

I’m all giddy and it’s so fun tonight to read the Kossacks have a meltdown on the left… a warm feeling in my tummy.

Glenn Beck – One of Barbara Walters’ 10 Most Fascinating People (VIDEO)

December 9, 2009

From tonight’s brief interview on her special, “The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009.” I’ll be interested to hear Glenn’s take tomorrow on the radio.

Funny how Barbara didn’t talk to her other guests like this – combative, almost. Hey O’Reilly…get Tonya Reiman on this segment! I noticed Barbara looked up and to the right [...]

Bernie Sanders: 45K Americans Will Die This Year Because They Don’t Have Access to a Doctor (VIDEO)

November 29, 2009

In the first segment of This Week with George Stephanopoulos, Senators Lindsey Graham and Bernie Sanders were on to discuss health care. Leaving aside the fact Graham laid down a brilliant case against the current monstrosity of a bill, self-avowed socialist Sanders proclaims that 45,000 Americans are going to die this year because they can’t [...]
