The “BAM” Explained - Weirdness Continues

Oh, come on, people! As I said in the previous post, this is really creeping me out. This post at My.BarackObama.com was written back in January of this year, but I also stumbled upon it today and it gave me the same willies. The blind love and adoration of everything Barack. Only this blogger takes it to a whole ‘nother level:

As Barack worked the line following the close of his speech, there was a surge of people moving forward hoping to get close enough to shake Barack’s hand. Since I was standing about 20 feet back from center stage in the crowd, I felt the crowd down front tighten as many of us stood on our toes, stretched our bodies forward while reaching out to Barack. I noticed that a six foot tall guy who was standing in front of me had stretched far enough above the crowd and shook hands with Barack. As the guy drew back his hand I asked him, “You shook his hand didn’t you?” Happily the guy said “Yes.” I then said, “give me some of that” and the guy shook my hand with the same hand he had just clasped with Barack’s. A woman friend of mine who was standing next to me saw me shake hands with the guy. I turned to her and said “He [the guy] just shook hands with Barack,” to which she responded…”Hey, give it up.” We then shook hands. She then turned to the person next to her and shook hands. This chain of hand shakes went on for about five or six more persons.

…I call this hand-shake scenario the “BAM” because, descriptively, it takes a bit of Obama’s name and it’s the sound of a collision, of People Coming Together!

Ewww… hope someone had some hand sanitizer.

Again… can someone please explain these sheeple to me?

One Reason Why Barack Scares Me

I’m not the only one to have noticed the cult-like worship that The Chosen One has, but it’s getting creepier and creepier. Case in point…In a May 31st Op-Ed piece in the Charleston (IL) JG-TC Online, writer Steve Davis takes a dive off the deep end into Lake Idolatry:

I’m taking a special look at Barack Obama because he’s a lot closer to a Jesus-type than the other candidates, by quite a bit. What if God decided to incarnate as men preaching “hope and change.” And what if we didn’t recognize them, because we are so dull, and let them slip away, not availing ourselves of the opportunity to be led by God! Lord knows we’ve elected the anti-Christ often enough. Excuse me, George.

So you can imagine why even a white male like myself would be interested in a candidate “talking” the way Barack is talking. For those of you who are confused, what Barack is saying is in line with what God him/her/itself would say.

Secondly, my interest in Barack has nothing whatsoever to do with him being black, although it would be an ultimate irony that a black man was used to help set us free.

Brrrrr! I just got chills having to read that portion again. I hope there are no lightning storms around him anytime soon. And to think this guy is probably a registered voter. Yikes!

Having to Ask For the Pledge of Allegiance (VIDEO)

h/t Breitbart

Schuster says “great save,” Obama. Yeah. I could tell by Obama’s face at the end that he was oh-so-delighted to accommodate the request. Is it just me, or did the Chosen One just rush through the Pledge?

I just have one question four David Schuster: Since when is requesting to recite the Pledge of Allegiance “bizarre?” Just askin’
