well it is WAY over the top...but actually...I like it. It illustrates the faulty logic that anti Sex-ed folks use, somehow assuming that teaching sexuality/birth control/safer sex results in promiscuous sex.  I worked in college health for years, and was constantly amazed at how UNDERINFORMED the students were.. and they were ignorant/uninformed/undereducated about sexuality and sexual behavior, but they were, SEXUALLY ACTIVE.   Teaching and providing education is needed.
