Voices of The Fallen (VIDEOS)

Newsweek has some heart-wrenching videos in their latest issue on the stands. The series is called “Voices of the Fallen,” and although I have some political differences with the magazine in general, some of these videos are just…. well, they are…damn. I can’t find the words after watching the following two.

Damn. Just. Damn. These are the true heroes of our time. May these troops rest in peace. And heaven help any defeatocrat who votes to cut off funding for our troops that are there or who might be en route.

Fred D. Thompson’s Resume (VIDEO)

Folks, this is from 1998, when Fred Thompson was named the Florida GOP Statesman of the Year Award, but when I saw this video, I was stunned. All he’d have to do is re-vamp, re-shoot, and re-edit this, and it would be a great start for his ‘08 campaign. The quality is not that great, but it’s a must-see.
