Brit Talks About the Buzz On Fred Thompson (VIDEO)

Hello to all my new friends at Draft Fred Thompson, and I thought you all would like to know something: you got a nod today on Special Report with Brit Hume, when Brit had Carl Cameron on to talk about the growing buzz on the Hill and around the web about Fred Thompson throwing his hat into the ring for the race in ‘08.

Cameron said that even though he’s not formed an exploratory committee, nor has he started fund-raising, he said there are plenty of camps he’s heard of that woud jump ship lock-stock-and-barrel from where they were to get into the Fred Thompson camp. He also mentioned the 20,000+ signatures that Draft Fred Thompson has gathered in the last few days to urge him to run! You know, I’m not so sure that he needs all that much money; he’s got “it,” and there are so many of us out here who are hungry for a candidate like this. And if I’ve ever seen another Reagan, it IS Fred Thompson. And he’s going to start “making the rounds” next month on Capitol Hill.

I’m personally committed to kicking the rest to the curb, and putting everything I have behind this man. He will be our next Commander in Chief if we ever have a chance of getting things back in order.

Oh, and by the way…. Cameron also mentions Law & Order’s shrinking ratings, saying that he might soon be “available” for work. Good! That series has not done anything except take pot-shots at Republicans and the Bush Administration.
