Also on Cavuto today was former Secy. of State, Al Haig, with his turn at speaking out against all these idiots going overseas, speaking ill-will of our country and our President. Yes, he is none-to-happy, as you can guess, about the whole thing.

You know, the thing that strikes me is that up until George W. Bush became President, it was almost an unwritten rule that no former Presidents would speak poorly of the current sitting President; either at home or abroad. But man, oh, man… what is it about the Bush-derangement syndrome that has caused this current epidemic of President-bashing? It’s even worse overseas, as almost all past Presidents have gone abroad and not only bashed Bush, but bashed this country and sidled up all cozy with our enemies. I’m still puzzled about this all. As Al Haig said, in his time, these acts would have been punishable under by law as traitorous. But today? Can’t do it. You know, that “free speech” thing and all. Plus, it’s oh-so “in” to bash President Bush, it’s almost a societal faux pas NOT do to so (this trait can be attributed to the Hollyweirdos, with whom the democraps love to hang out).
