“She’s From Fox…She’s From Fox” (VIDEO)

I pointed it out in my original post below, but the more and more I listened to this segment, the more I began to wonder why whether or not this reporter was from Fox? It wouldn’t really be significant, and some may not think so at all, but I find it quite bewildering that Baker has a near-scowl on his face prior to the camera going to this UPI reporter, and then after the comment is made “She’s from Fox… she’s from Fox!” by someone on the panel, there is laughter between whomever the exchange is. Her mic is not working, and she finally just has to practically shout to get her question heard – and she’s not with Fox; she’s with the UPI.

Was it funny that her mic wasn’t working and they thought she was from Fox? Were they dismissing her because they thought she was from Fox? Who knows, but this is more than just a coincidence if you pay attention to the tone of voice and Baker’s scowl.

Why the scowl, Mr. Baker?

Jay at Stop the ACLU has total coverage of the ISG presser. And thanks to Ian from HotAir for the linkage, and Ed Driscoll has it, too.

  • I saw this live and I could barely make out what she was saying. Now, She isn't from Fox... She's from United Press International. So the whisperers were talking sh*t. That said however, during the News Conference, there were 3 questions asked by FOX. One by Major Garrett, and Two from network affiliates.

Just my 1/50 of a dollar.
  • Sounds like they were 1) making fun of her and 2) noting an irony between Fox and the Iraq Study Group findings. You know, how the "findings" should shut those conservatives at Fox up. Maybe?
