David Roth, Mark Foley’s attorney, held a press conference today at around 5:50 pm EST, and discussed what he could about the current situation with Mr. Foley. I’ll just let you watch it for yourself – no transcription available yet.

I love the reference he makes that there are bad lawyers, bad doctors, and yes, *gasp,* even bad journalists.
