Breaking now on the news, a possible second North Korean nuclear test has possibly been conducted. What’s going on? All is speculative at this point. Was their earlier test truly an atomic bomb? Did they conduct a second one? Breaking by the minute…

North Korea appears to have conducted another nuclear test, Japanese national broadcaster NHK said on Wednesday.

Japanese government sources had information that there was a tremor in North Korea this morning and they were checking on the possibility of a nuclear test, NHK said.

Defying warnings from its neighbors, the United States and the U.N. Security Council, North Korea announced on Monday that it had conducted its first-ever nuclear test. Pyongyang had earlier said a U.S. “threat of nuclear war and sanctions” had forced its hand.

As a classic movie startlet said, this is going to be a “bumpy ride.” We’re eventually going to go unilaterally if we have to. Luckily this time it seems even China is on our side. Let’s all cross our fingers – this could get really ugly.

Now, South Korea says this is not true.

Japanese government sources had information that there was a tremor in North Korea and they were checking on the possibility of a nuclear test, NHK said.

A South Korean Geoscience official said there were no immediate signs of seismic activity across the border.

This is a very fluid situation. It will change by the minute, I’m sure.

Stop the ACLU is reading my mind, and is on this as well.

Apparently it’s all a false alarm. Apparently a small quake set off the alarms.

probably just a after shock /tremor. No possible chance that maniac and his evil mad scientist henchmen planted the first test on some sort of fault line?? WOuldnt THAT be ironic...if he triggers some earthquake activity on the Korean peninsula... out if his crazed power seeking?

SOmeone start a clock...how long before he issues demands with the threat of launching a missile at SOuth Korea or Japan? I will put some $$ on wihtin the next 45-60 days.
