North Korea appears to have conducted another nuclear test, Japanese national broadcaster NHK said on Wednesday.
Japanese government sources had information that there was a tremor in North Korea this morning and they were checking on the possibility of a nuclear test, NHK said.
Defying warnings from its neighbors, the United States and the U.N. Security Council, North Korea announced on Monday that it had conducted its first-ever nuclear test. Pyongyang had earlier said a U.S. “threat of nuclear war and sanctions” had forced its hand.
As a classic movie startlet said, this is going to be a “bumpy ride.” We’re eventually going to go unilaterally if we have to. Luckily this time it seems even China is on our side. Let’s all cross our fingers - this could get really ugly.

The DRUDGE REPORT has obtained an exclusive copy of a “scary” campaign advertisement created by Hollywood producer and director David Zucker that was intended to be used by GOP organizations in the closing weeks of the 2006 campaign.
However, the advertisement was deemed “too hot” by GOP strategists all across Washington, DC who have refused to use it!
In the ad, Zucker, producer of SCARY MOVIE 4, recreates former Clinton Secretary of State Madeleine Albright’s 2000 visit to North Korea. During the visit, Secretary Albright presented North Korean dictator Kim Jong Il with a basketball autographed by former NBA superstar Michael Jordan.
An actress playing Secretary Albright is shown presenting Kim Jong Il with the Michael Jordan basketball, painting the walls of Osama bin Laden’s Afghanistan cave and turning a blind eye to suicide bombers. In one scene her skirt rips as she changes the tire of a Middle Eastern dictator’s limousine.
One GOP strategist said “jaws dropped” when the ad was first viewed. “Nobody could believe Zucker thought any political organization could use this ad. It makes a point, but it’s way over the top.”

David Gregory doesn’t give up, does he? At today’s press conference, he kept trying to get Tony Snow to admit that Iraq was an illegal war, and that had we not got gone into Iraq, North Korea would not be in the position they are today. Well, David… Yes, they would be. You know why? Because of the international laws and standards that you idiots on the left want us to go by, and how you’ve pounded the President for acting “unilaterally” going into Iraq (when that is not true). So what do you leftards expect the President to do? Oh, and by the way, have any of you seen the commerical that says if more kids die in Darfur, it might somehow be Bush’s fault? Yes, that commercial encourages us contact the President and URGE him to act in Darfur to stop the genocide. Well, who do you want us to go into Darfur with? By ourselves? I thought we were supposed to wait until the entire international community was on board with us. Which way do you guys want it? Do you want us to act “unilaterally” only on celebrity pet projects that are popular with Hollywood, and completely stay with from “unpopular” wars? Can any of you name for me one war that WAS popular? People like David Gregory and the Hollyweirdos only want it their way and no other way.
David, the war in Iraq was not illegal. Ever hear of U.N. Resolution 1441? Do you think we are such a monolithic country that we can only focus on one thing at a time? Iraq is right now the central front in the war on terror, and we have to win it or the terrorists will only be emboldened to strike elsewhere. Just like UBL said, he was shocked that we didn’t respond in the past, therefore he knew we were weak (under Clinton). If we leave Iraq now, we will look weak, but then again, it’s wusses like you, David Gregory, that would love nothing more than that. A weak America is just fine with you. Personally, I want the world to fear us and know we’ll back up our talk with action. Unfortunately too many in Washington have kow-towed to the mantra of the idiot left, and they’re paralyzed by PC fear of pissing anybody off. The time for that to stop is now.
