		<description>I see you completely missed the point of the cartoon.  While in poor taste, it makes the larger point that thanks to our Government allowing, and even &lt;i&gt;debating&lt;/i&gt; the "merits" of torture, we have lost the moral highground.  That is undeniable.</description>

		<description>Atlanta isn't the only city that is tied up with a liberal paper.  The Los Angeles Times has the market to itself, as does the Sacramento Bee.  And those are just two that I know of.
