Alan tells D.B. (Dumb Blonde, Hughes) that he believes she broke the law, and as she walks away, “Denny Crain†(William Shatner) comes in to the room.
Denny: Do you have any idea what would happen if all the little people stopped paying taxes?
Alan: The rich people would have to start paying theirs.
Denny: EXACTLY! This is personal! You’re jeopardizing my loopholes!
