Debbie Schlussel, blogger/investigative writer/lawyer, is extending an invitation to citizens interested in intervening in the ACLU’s NSA lawsuit. She practices in Eastern Michigan, where the suit was filed.

Another Pedophile SKATES! (VIDEO)

Folks, what is it going to take to get these activist judges off the damn benches!?!? I know that is a rhetorical question, but DAMN! First we have Judge Cashman in Vermont (wonder how true his surname turns out to be) with the 60-day sentence for Mark Hulett who ADMITTED to raping a 6-year-old girl repeatedly over a 4-year period (previous post)! Not only that, his buddy, Derrick Kimball, also was charged with raping the same victim, and he was recently released on $25K bond! What in God’s name is going on here? Have these lunatics lost their minds?

I wonder what’s under those black robes? Does this not reaffirm your belief that these sex offenders do NOT need (nor deserve) rehabilitation? It is the role of the courts to PROTECT society from vermin like these people! I don’t give a DAMN about their friggin rehabilitation! Frankly, I could care less if they spend the rest of their lives rubbing their own feces all over themselves in their jail cells, wasting away to nothing. I can only HOPE that they get the old Dahmer “broomstick enema” as a “housewarming gift” when they finally DO go to the big house (and oh, yes, they WILL go to the big house - our higher courts will NOT let this go unnoticed!)

…“the Massachusetts Enterprise Newspaper, the Former Middleboro High School teacher who pleaded guilty to raping one of his teenage students and possessing child pornography, will not see the inside of a jail cell – not one day. Now, the paper reports that Judge Suzanne Delvecchio gave 26-year-old Gregory Pethiakis, a suspended 2-1/2 year jail term following 5 years probation. The prosecutors had argued for at least 4 years in state prison. The paper says Pethiakis was arrested January of 2004 after a 15 year-old student told authorities that the former math and science teacher had raped him. Pethiakis had resigned from the high school 3 weeks earlier after school officials had confronted him about online contacts he had had with students while off-duty. The victim’s family appeared in court to plead with the judge, Judge Delvecchio in this case, to sentence Pethiakis to prison. The victim’s father read a statement from his son; “I feel you deserve jail.” The 15-year-old victim wrote to his rapist, “You are a disgrace to all teachers.” We’re going to have a lot more on that shocking story tomorrow night. Of course on the heels of this story that came out of Vermont, where it was only a 60-day jail sentence for a man who had raped a 7-year-old girl repeatedly over the course of 4 years, and the judge said he didn’t believe in punishment anymore. “

Thank God for Judge Alito and Justice Roberts… Hopefully now we can get some sanity back on the bench!

Arcata, CA - Green “Commie” Town (VIDEO)

I thought California couldn’t go any more off the deep end than it has, but after seeing this piece on Fox News, I was proven wrong.

According to all descriptions, Arcata is “a coastal college town where “Greens” are a majority on the City Council… .and since 9/11, along with fixing with fixing potholes, the council has voted to make it a crime for City Officials to enforce parts of the Patriot Act; passed resolutions demanding withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq and Afghanistan - and this month, for the second time, called for the impeachment of President Bush and Vice President Cheney.”According to Meserve, “We all agree that terrorism is wrong, we would all like to stop terrorism, and the best way to stop it is to stop practicing it ourselves.”

The Arcata City Council is heavily-laden with Green Party members, including the aforementioned Council member, David Meserve. All of this is happening much to the chagrin of the City’s Mayor, Michael Machi, who says all he can hope for is a “revolution” at the city polls next time, and that the Green Party gets voted out of office. It’s all about the bottom line, and when you become the kook-fringe and people respond by taking their commerce elsewhere, guess what, Hippie-boy? You’re OUTTA there!
